Giedra Kavaliauskas was born in Lithuania where she grew up to be a fine young lady who had a growing interest in books of all sorts. She was a curious child who wanted to learn about the world around her. In college, Giedra excelled and graduated with an AAS Degree in Engineering and Technology of Dairy Products. She ventured to become a head supervisor in the manufacturing industry in Lithuania where she continually trained countless employees and prepared the most impressive sales presentations.

Lithuania was not only Giedra’s home, but also Gytis, the wonderful gentleman whom she married. Together, they were blessed with a lovely son, Aidas, whom they brought up with aspiration and integrity.

In Giedra’s family, they believed in values of zeal and perseverance. They knew that destiny was not something that one had to anticipate, but was something that could be pursued and achieved. In 1997, destiny changed Giedra and her family’s lives forever. Her husband won in the Diversity Visa Lottery Program out of the millions who applied. They were amongst the 50,000 diversity immigrants who were entitled to migrate to United States and become permanent residents. In 1998, Giedra and her family moved to the U.S. This was when real estate sparked this lady’s interest. With her background in sales and being the people-person that she is, it only came natural.

Giedra Kavaliauskas started off by working as a manager of an apartment building in Los Angeles. Single-handedly, she managed 56 units, verified all prospective tenants, managed the collection of all the rental fees, and maintained all valuable books and records. In 1999, she decided to professionally practice her passion for real estate and realized that it was what she has wanted to do in her life. Eagerly, she took classes at the Los Angeles Community College. On the whole, she took eight classes and in 2003, she completed her studies with flying colors. In the same year, Giedra and her husband decided to move to our Sunshine State, Florida, where she worked with Coldwell Banker. This was also the same year that she gave birth to her second son, Aras, who became another addition to her lovely family. She was an exceptional agent and was able to close countless listings. Believing that being dynamic will enable her to grow professionally in the field, Giedra decided to join us in our company not so long ago, and yes, you got it right, we are very happy to have her!

Giedra is currently enrolled in the Indian River Community College continuing studies in Civil Litigation and Estate, among others. She has two adorable boys who also go to the Indian River Community College and are part of the Aquatic Swim Team. Giedra loves working on her garden and volunteering during swim meets. She is also an exceptional agent who writes and speaks excellent Lithuanian and Russian, perfect for international investors or friends whom you might know!
